Delivery Policy

All topsevendesign services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when we deliver.

1. Digital Delivery Methods

Deliverables are provided via: email with file attachments, shared Figma files, Google Drive folder, or direct transfer in agreed formats. The specific method is confirmed during the kick-off call.

2. Start of Work

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. A kick-off call is scheduled within that window. Full timelines run from the date the kick-off call is completed.

3. Typical Delivery Timelines

• Essential Studio ($1,947.50): Final deliverables within 14 business days.
• Studio Pro ($3,895.25): Final deliverables within 28 business days.
• Full Agency ($6,847.90): Phased delivery over 56 business days.
• Individual services: 7 to 21 business days depending on complexity.

4. Client Responsibility

Timely delivery requires prompt feedback and material provision from your side. We will notify you of any delay and its cause.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed when final files are shared. If you do not receive expected deliverables by the agreed date, contact hello@topsevendesign.com within 5 business days.
