FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Honest answers. If something is not covered here, just ask.

Depends on scope. An SEO audit takes about 10 days. A full brand identity is typically 4 to 6 weeks. A website design project is usually 3 to 5 weeks from kick-off to final files. We give you a specific timeline in writing before any work starts.
Our primary service is design. We produce production-ready Figma files, design systems, and handoff documentation. We work with a select group of development partners and can facilitate introductions, but we do not build websites in-house.
We do not do speculative work, free concepts, or paid discovery sprints before the full project. What we do is a thorough onboarding call, a written creative brief, and a clear direction document you approve before any design starts. That process is enough to align without either of us guessing.
Every package includes revision rounds. We are also transparent about this upfront: if the work goes in a direction that genuinely does not serve you, we have a structured process to reset. It has happened once in nine years. We address it, not hide from it.
Yes. About 60% of our clients are outside Southern California. All collaboration happens over video calls, shared documents, and design review tools. Location has not been a problem once.
A completed project brief (we send you a template), any existing brand assets, examples of design work you admire and, if relevant, examples of what you want to move away from. We handle the rest.
Yes. All deliverables are provided digitally, via email, shared Figma files, Google Drive, or direct delivery in whatever format is most useful. Nothing is shipped physically unless specifically discussed.
Our standard packages are fixed one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment structures on a case-by-case basis.
We define scope clearly before we start. If requirements expand during the project, we discuss it openly and agree on any additional work before proceeding. We do not invoice surprise overages.
