These Terms of Service govern your use of topsevendesign.com and any services purchased from topsevendesign ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

topsevendesign provides digital design services as described on our website. All deliverables are provided digitally. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverable details are confirmed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders are processed via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Prices are in USD.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally. Delivery timelines are confirmed per project scope. Timelines begin after payment confirmation and completion of the kick-off call.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communication within 5 business days, and supply any required materials (logos, content, brand assets) as requested. Delays caused by late material provision may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final design deliverables become your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.
